Is this by design? For example, if I allow .wav files to be uploaded, but a user tries to upload a .WAV file, it won't work. An obvious workaround would be to just list allowed extensions in all cases, but I think it would make more sense let the admin choose whether they should be case sensitive.

This is the older issue, but that one actually includes a patch for fixing this problem, so pardon me if I close this issue as a duplicate. To be committed soon.
