there's no <?php opening tag in the install file.

also, update_sql should be used in updates so that users can view the queries that were run.

attached patch corrects both issues.

Though I'm not sure what the motivation is for this weight anyway. Because the module that _calls_ token is going to determine the order in the hooks anyway, right?
