Description:
Panels was still under development when Zen 7.x-3.0 was released. Now that Panels is D7 compatible, the Zen panels layouts that were in the D6 version of Zen have been added back to Zen 7.x-3.2.
Upgrading from 7.x-3.1
Once Zen is upgraded to 7.x-3.2, site builders will be able to use the Panels layouts that the Zen base theme provides. Sub-themes do not need to be modified in order to use those layouts (unless you wish to alter the markup or CSS, of course!)
