The multiselect widget makes node add and edit pages load very slowly when it has a lot of options (I have 1,686).

The D6 version of the module didn't have this problem.

Can this be fixed?

multiselect-7.x-1.x is no longer supported, because Drupal 7 is no longer supported.

Can you confirm if this is still an issue in multiselect-2.0.0-beta4?
