Preparing version 1.9 : good news

I want share with you some good news.

Thanks to some hints received by some users, now patches will not be more
necessary to use localizer.

The trick is to put the modified modules version under sites/all/modules
and Drupal will load these version instead its original.

This technique is working very well, it is very simple and the user has the complete control
on it. So I'll be able to provide also more feature rich solutions.

For the cache patch another solution has been found.
it is possible to specify in settings.php which cache.inc file to use
as cache_inc variable.

I'm working to fix some minor problems, at the end of this week,
I think I'll be able to provide the new 1.9 version for Drupal 5.

For Drupal 4 all the work must be back ported.
