what is the best editor ( with support Multi lan (utf-8 and rlt position) ) for drupal.

I use Zend Studio (PHP Prog., Dreamweaver (Design/CSS) and TextPad(Quick code changes)....

i think EmEditor is the best editor for php script
my question was about content editor.

For editing content: FCKEDITOR is the best
For writing php code: See the above posting
