#1311028: Remove row plugin and use render arrays broke all existing fullcalendar.tpl.php files. This is a way to prevent that from happening. Anyone who doesn't need them can uncheck the option, making things faster.

This should be a .fullcalendar.inc in an optional module. fullcalendar_tpl.module? Should this even be in this project, or a separate module just for that?
