Currently, wordpress_migrate is setup to e-mail no matter what (at least as far as I can tell).

Instead, provide a checkbox on whether or not to send an e-mail.

Many users do not have everything setup to send e-mails on their boxes, thus it's just going to throw errors like such:

Error sending e-mail (from blahblah@drupal.org to ).WD mail: Error sending e-mail (from blahblah@drupal.org to ). [error]
Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.

I also ran into this. Switching to a bug since it's throwing errors. It seemed like it interrupted the process.
