tao has no html.tpl.php and strangely it doesn't fall back on /drupal-7.4/modules/system/html.tpl.php but on a random html.tpl.php from a different theme. Omega in my case. Could someone check this? Is this core or tao?

coffeymachine commentedGuys, I am not able to reproduce this issue with Omega installed. I know this sounds dumb but did you make sure to clear cache? Could you provide more detailed steps explaining how to reproduce this issue?
Thanks.
