Fixed the coding standards.

Improved check whether a menu item should be considered hidden or not. Now domain_menu_access_translated_menu_link_alter() will not alter a menu item only if within a menu item edit form.

Changes since 6.x-1.0:

• #1408366 by albert78: PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'hidden' at row 1.
• Corrected menu item domain_menu_access[show] array check.
• Do not save domain_menu_access settings to database if no checkbox were ticked.
• Minor cosmetic changes.

Dev branch for D6. Somehow previous 6.x-1.0-beta1 release got based on master branch...

Initial D7 release.
