No sure if this is related to my previous post http://drupal.org/node/1206468, but when I reply to a comment in particular which has a different style to normal comment the css is not apply until I refresh the screen which makes it look a mess.

Issue is closed because 6.x version is unsupported. Feel free to open new issue for 7.x or 8.x versions of module.
