Small query optimization

The attached patch doesn't fix a bug but holds a small optimization (with a big gain) of the function refine_by_taxo_find_related_terms_by_node. When selecting tags using interconnected nodes this patch speeds up the building of the list of related terms by removing the duplicates (sometimes 10 or more).
