Flash Gallery works smooth and is super nice and creates Thumbs when I create new Images, but it doesn't create the thumbs of my old pictures. Any idea how to fix that problem?

heya.
try step 8 (counting through the asterix) in the readme. Haven't done this myself, so reopen if there's an issue.
