I am getting this in D7 (all latest versions). Loading a colorbox gallery opens 2 instances of the popup, one single image, one with gallery.

I am also seeing this periodically. It seems to be inconsistent. Running 7.x-2.3 and Colorbox plugin version 1.4.4

I am currently seeing this on 6.x-1.x-dev. As far as I can tell, it crops up if you change the settings for the imagecache preset. After you do that, then this happens on all of the nodes where colorbox has already been opened using the old preset. At least, so far that APPEARS to be the triggering issue. I'm at the moment starting to try to track this down further.
