Had the same issues on the current alpha version...so tried dev to see if anything changed.
Created a couple new events. Went to site.com/fullcalendar and no newly created events appear until I go to the next page using the pager at the bottom of the page.
All previously created events work just fine...new events don't show up until using the pager. Even then, not all new events are shown...page 1 shows no events...page 2 shows a couple of events...page 3 shows all events.
Did I miss something in the install?

FullCalendar breaks when you change the path alias in Views. If you manually add a path alias... say alias /calendar to /fullcalendar ...it works fine.

tim.plunkettWhy are you using a pager? If you use the latest dev of fullcalendar, views, and ctools, there should be no pager by default, and it should work just fine.
Screenshots and a pastebin of the exported view might help solve this.
