Mailing list - integrate with Mailchimp [#1171142]

Incubator sites could use some sort of mailing list, and for various reasons it would be good to integrate with external services. We should investigate something like http://drupal.org/project/mailchimp or http://drupal.org/project/campaign_manager.

This is already possible at a basic level by adding a custom block with Mailchimp code. Of course it is desirable to do more, e.g. some sort of functionality whereby content would be brought into Mailchimp as a campaign.
