I will show a block "how many user are online". Which code must I take for this block in 4.7.5 ?

There is a built in block in Drupal that does this.

Goto http://www.yoursite.com/admin/block and enable "Who's Online" and maybe "Who's New" if you like.

If you go into the block settings you can configure the amount of time a person should be on to consider them online.

Have a look at http://www.qatarliving.com (or any other drupal site for that matter) to see it in action.
