There is no possibility to choose the answer in the quiz

After the upgrade from 4dev to 4.1 lost the ability to choose responses in quiz.
Deleted the module quiz. Deleted all the questions. Created a new questions. The problem remained.
In this case, the questions themselves when editing display correctly.
If you start a quiz you can not select an answer.
I can not find the cause of this problem.
Does anyone have any ideas?
