It should be 'Comment notify' instead of 'Comment Notify'. Please see this related issue I filed in Coder's issue queue for more info: #1103208: Projects' names should be checked in .info files for correct capitalization.
Fixed, thanks - http://drupalcode.org/project/comment_notify.git/commit/726886e
I also fixed the project page on d.o.
Thanx Greg ;)

See #1346158: Decide on coding standard for capitalization of module names [policy, no patch] and #1430452: Use Proper Name Case for core modules for current information on this policy.
...yep, the standard has changed and it now allows (more likely suggests) Proper Name Case instead of the Sentence case for module/theme names. The Sentence case policy remains for UI text like widget labels for example.
The module is not really a proper name and is meant to be generic. I don't see any reason to revert this but I'll leave it up to Greg.
The argument that sways me the most is that "Using the Comment Notify module to send e-mails" is clear while "Using the Comment notify module to send e-mails" is not clear.
And if anyone wants to work on the docs pages please go for it.
Ok, found a few more spots that were inconsistent on the project page and elsewhere.
