This might be reflecting my salsa ignorance... however, I wasn't able to properly login to salsa until I manually set the salsa_api_url drupal variable to https://hq-org2.democracyinaction.org. There doesn't seem to be a way to do that in the UI.

No, it actually reflects my ignorance of the acceptable Salsa servers. I'll add that one in.

I'll also add a 'other' setting that enables users to add their own server in a text field.
