Mailhandler does not seem to be able to properly display embeded images from HTML e-mails - the ones that come from an attachment, rather than from an existing URL.

Ideally, mailhandler should download those attachments, publish the images and change <img> tags within the e-mail so it displays as intended.

Are there any plans for making the modification? Would you accept a patch if we did the modification?

No, other modules now provide the features you would like to use

Of course, really appreciated, however it is more useful to help solving some more current issues, TIA
