In outline_designer.module line 45 please make the text "add book" translatable using the t function.

Changed text to lowercase and wrapped it in t, good catch, i'll put it in the 1.3 release. Anything else need that treatment that I missed?

fixed it, hunted down some other things like status messages and what not that could also be translated. Check out 1.3 once it drops and let me know if there's anything else you can't translate.
