There is a compatibility issue between AJAX Comments and Comment Form Above Comments, could this be fixed. A mirror-issue will be posted to the Comment Form Above Comments project. See link in the comment below for mirror-issue.

Issue is closed because 6.x version is unsupported. Feel free to open new issue for 7.x or 8.x versions of module.
