Scrollbars Disabled in Firefox

After install installing menu_bar, the scrollbars in Firefox no longer respond. The scroll wheel continues to work, but you cannot click or drag the scroll bar. This patch changes the left position from 9999px to -9999px, which seems to fix the problem.
