Wrong placeholder in admin UI

The admin interface on the node type page is using the wrong placeholder for the node type, so t() can't replace it.

Configure how RelatedContent should work on nodes of the type %type. For more information, see the help page.

Attached is the gigantic non-trivial patch that fixes the issue.
