Style Tipsy tips per rule [#1031604]

Hello,

It would be great if there was a way to style Tipsy tips.
It would be awesome if that was possible for each Rule.

I.e. DARK for field descriptions, GREEN for search field.

The style definition could be done via CSS classes, or inline CSS.
