Hi,
I've finding that in when I go to change a setting in the theme, it is not reading the current page layout status and so chooses 100%. Then, when you make a change elsewhere and save it, if you not remember to change the page layout as well, it saves this setting as being 100% which may not be what you want.
Versions:
Drupal: 7.0
Pixture Reloaded: 1.0
Location of problem: Theme settings > Layout Settings > Page Layout > Page width

Jeff Burnz CreditAttribution: Jeff Burnz commentedAre you using the AT Admin administration theme? I think you might be, because there is a serious bug in Drupal 7 #943212: hook_form_system_theme_settings_alter() vs. THEME_form_system_theme_settings_alter() name-clash
There is not way around this -you have to use the Seven admin theme or another admin theme, sorry its a big regression from Drupal 6 and I was hopeful the bug would fixed before D7 was released but it was not, so I hope it gets into 7.1.

Thanks. You are right. I switched back to Seven theme and it works fine. How annoying, I kind of liked the AT Admin theme in Drupal 7.
Thanks for the advice though. At least I can revert until it gets fixed to save me having to remember to change the box every time.
