CVS edit link for teliseo

I have been granted co-maintainership of the Role Change Notify module by the original author and current maintainer rfay (see discussion) since I have contributed a significant patch and have an interest in the maintenance of this module. I require CVS/Git access to maintain this project effectively.

In addition to this module, I’ve also recently contributed many patches to various other modules, and will continue to contribute through contributions and maintenance of existing projects and possibly new projects. Contributions include:

I have been developing with Drupal and PHP for around 4 years now, and have been developing Linux/Unix system software for more than 25 years.

I'm thankful that teliseo has agreed to become comaintainer of Role Change Notify. He's made some excellent contributions and will do well.
