Unless I'm missing something, choosing an imagecache preset is currently required. This really really really needs to be optional...with more advanced implementations you want to custom develop your menu item images in photoshop and use the files as-is.

Am I missing something or is choosing an imagecache preset currently required? Marking as a bug report since I think this is a big oversight in terms of usage.
