German CCK translation for 4.7

Hi guys,

I suggested Drupal to a friend of mine who now does the website of his institute on it, also using CCK.
As there is no German CCK translation yet, he just made one, and we had a few mutual improvement/review cycles on it, so it should be quite ok.

So here it is - could someone please commit it for the 4.7 version of CCK?
