a cooperative company dedicated to supporting and developing great websites, business tools, mobile applications based on open source technologies.
Our business
consists of providing long-term support to businesses, NGOs and local authorities, in the design and development of tailored digital solutions.
Based in Paris, we are a cross-disciplinary team of around twenty people with a strong expertise in consulting, UX/UI, web development, maintenance and hosting. We also conduct site audits, and project takeovers, and we offer training in our fields of expertise.
Founded as a cooperative in 2010, Magnetic has made the choice of an alternative working model.
The choice is based on the equitable sharing of power and wealth.

Notre métier
Situés à Paris, nous formons une équipe pluridisciplinaire d'une vingtaine de personnes expertes dans le conseil, l'UX/UI, le développement web, la maintenance et l’hébergement. Nous intervenons également dans le cadre de reprise de projet, d’audit de site web et sommes formateurs sur nos expertises.
Fondée en Scop dès sa création en 2010, Magnetic a fait le choix du modèle coopératif. Le choix d’un cadre de travail alternatif fondé sur le partage équitable du pouvoir et des richesses.
En Scop, les salariés ne sont pas simplement informés, ils participent à la stratégie de l’entreprise. Les réussites ne sont pas individuelles mais collectives. Les bénéfices ne sont pas au profit d’une minorité mais partagés équitablement entre tous les salariés.
