The attached patch provides structured README.txt content, including Installation, Use, Warning and Maintainers sections. There's also a short writeup for each of the features supported in migrate_extra, including notes from the project home page. I haven't used all of these features, so I went with what I could determine about them from the supported module documentation.

Yes, we should make README.txt actually useful. This patch from November, however, doesn't accurately reflect the current state of migrate_extras - I will update it before the final 2.0 release.
