The following patch uses the 'group' => JS_LIBRARY option that is new to drupal_add_js() in D7 to ensure that library-level js files are included first before all others. When using Views with various other contrib projects this prevents Views' calls to drupal_add_js() from possibly weighting the library files above other files that expect them to be included earlier.
