Document requirements [#775352]

Pls, include in a readme or else on projectwebpage (http://drupal.org/project/lang_dropdown):

Installation:
This module requires optional core modules: 'Locale' and 'Content translation'.
Configuration:
1) set the value of the 'Language negotiation' field to "Path prefix only." or "Path prefix with language fallback." at '{host}/admin/settings/language/configure'
2) enable the 'Language switcher dropdown' block at '{host}/admin/build/block'

Can somebody please explain here how to configure this module as it doesn't seems to work after being activated.

Hello,

I have followed the instructions above. And still, I cannot see the block "Language Switcher Dropdown" appearing.

Do I need to have content on the site to make it appear?

I work on a local host.

You must have multiple languages enabled for this module to work. Check SITE BUILDING -> LANGUAGES at <>/admin/settings/language/overview. If this does not answer your question please be more descriptive in how its not working.
