Once first run is done, reset and run again, to make sure we got all url's incase of random errors (see #559480: Crawler & Do not cache if error on page variable cache db atomic issues). Will also eventually allow for the spider to be integrated (#363077: Add spider to crawler - Cache entire site with new install.).
