Add Drupal core ~11.4.0 support in the Varbase AI module (2.0.x)

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11.4.0 stable was released on 1 Jul 2026 by catch: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/releases/11.4.0

The Varbase AI module on the 2.0.x branch (used by Varbase 10.1.x) supports core ~10.6.0 || ~11.3.0, so it cannot be installed or updated on Drupal 11.4.x. Related: Drupal core release schedule.

Steps to reproduce

On a Drupal 11.4.0 site, install/update Varbase AI from the 2.0.x branch: it is blocked because varbase_ai.info.yml and composer.json do not list ~11.4.0.

Proposed resolution

Add ~11.4.0 to the Drupal core constraint on the 2.0.x branch in composer.json (drupal/core) and varbase_ai.info.yml (core_version_requirement): ~10.6.0 || ~11.3.0 || ~11.4.0.
