The new Canvas release added SPA-style navigation, which breaks our method of using drupalSettings for Conductor app settings

Steps to reproduce

- Create a new Conductor draft via the Writing Assistant extension
- Close Writing Assistant
- Create a new Canvas page:
- Open Writing Assistant
- See that you have the previous page’s draft
