Add Varbase Libraries to Varbase Profile

Problem/Motivation

• #3533023: Remove repositories, minimum-stability, prefer-stable, replace from composer.json file for Varbase
• Moving to a better drupal libraries management with Varbase
• As a step to remove the use of asset-packagist.org in Varbase

Proposed resolution

• Add vardot/varbase-libraries to the composer.json file.

Moving to have a better and more dynamic way of managing drupal-library packages as libraries.
