We are blocked on #3345062: Update Social Auth Twitter to work with Social Auth ^4.0
Having #3359594: Offering to co-maintain Social Auth Twitter
and #3359750: Start a 4.0.x branch for Social Auth Twitter to support Social API ~4.0
