Problem/Motivation

I'm not able to create a new block on d11. I get a fatal error because of a lack of argument, 6 for 7 expected.

Steps to reproduce

Try to create a block on a fresh d11 + adv_varnish install.

Logs are attached to the issue. Does someone have a clue ?

I can provide more information if needed.

I can use any block provided by drupal but I get the error by creating a new one.
