Problem/Motivation

The heading size of the Partners/Sponsors block was originally designed smaller, but now has been adjusted to match those of the rest of the components.

View a Partners block, compare with updated designs.

Proposed resolution

Remove the override on the heading size and allow it to inherit from y_lb.
