Problem/Motivation

The tabs are too narrow in Claro since #3394904: Move styles out of svelte bundle to traditional Drupal library

Additionally, the 'underline' for the tabs has moved down.

Steps to reproduce

Use fork for 3394904 (or HEAD since 3394904 was merged).

  2. do it or close
