Problem/Motivation

When #3364958: Stage directories should be deleted in the background, during cron runs goes in, it will break us.

Steps to reproduce

Install patch from https://www.drupal.org/project/automatic_updates/issues/3364958, run tests, etc.

Proposed resolution

Change constructor classes expected.
