Change the Blocks available for placement (all layouts & regions) for the Varbase Landing Page content type with Layout Builder

Problem/Motivation

• Having so many not needed elements to place in the Layout Builder page.
• Not to show back-end Varbase Dashboard views at the front-end Layout Builder.

Proposed resolution

• Limit the list to most used at front-end and only to be placed in the Varbase Landing Page (Layout Builder)
