Attaching patch with minor changes to make the module Drupal 10 compatible.

Besides the patch, it would require to have #3345618: Missing 'config_export' definition merged.

Minimum core compatibility has been bumped from 8.9 to 9.3 because it requires extension.path.resolver service, introduced in that version.
