Drop support for the Better Login module in Vartheme BS5 2.0.x

Problem/Motivation

• #3325970: Add Gin Toolbar and Gin Login modules to Varbase Admin and disable Admin Toolbar Extra Tools, and Links Access Filter in Varbase 10.0.x
• #3157235: Add The Gin Admin Theme with the better experience modules to Varbase 10.0.x-dev
• #3326720: Remove the Better Login module from Varbase Core 10.0.x branch in favor of Gin Login module

Proposed resolution

• Remove any CSS/JS/templates/components support for the Better Login module
• Switch the Drupal Login page in Varbase to style with Gin Login and behavior.

  

• Vartheme Claro will manage any custom style on the login/reset password page. As the Gin Login module switch the login/reset routes to use The Gin Admin theme
• Have a replacement when no Gin Login which look same as Better Login
