(PHP8.1) Prevent notice: "Deprecated function: str_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string is deprecated in Drupal\menu_block\Plugin\Block\MenuBlock->build() (line 262) ..." [#3318627]

After updating our PHP version from 7.4 to 8.1 we noticed this PHP notice on every page request for every menu_block.
Seems a very easy fix though.
