Fix RTL style for media library menu popup

Problem/Motivation

For a multilingual website when we switch to an RTL language and try to open a media library widget using Varbase Layout Builder, the media menu in media popup is shifted to left.

Steps to reproduce

Install a new Varbase build with multilingual and switch it to RTL, then open any layout builder page and add media block, the media menu is shifted to left.

Proposed resolution

Add enhancements styling to media library inside layout builder/themes/claro for RTL.
