There is no large callout for DrupalCon on the Drupal.org Community events page. Currently DrupalCon is only listed as a DrupalCamp in that section of the page. We should make this event more prominent as it is important to the growth of Drupal and should be a focus for those new to Drupal.
Proposed resolution
Add a section to the top of the community events page to highlight DrupalCon. The section will change between DrupalCon NA and Europe based on the time of the year
