Problem/Motivation

There's no layout currently for integrating Horizontal Cards. It would be desirable to have one.

Proposed resolution

Create a new layout for it.

Remaining tasks

Create the layout.

User interface changes

Creating the layout will automatically add it to the content type view display configuration and in other places that uses layouts.

Merge points to 5.x version, so I did an old fashion local commit.
